Some organizations begin with a business plan.
The Amazing Woman Network (AWN) began with a divine assignment.
What started as a mission to empower other Black women was, in truth, first a journey to reclaim personal power—for Crystal Gunn, founder of AWN. After rising through corporate America, divorce, business collapse, enduring betrayal, and a season of personal loss, Crystal found herself asking:
“God, this is not what my life is supposed to look like. Use me as you see fit.”
And He did.
What came next was a series of divine downloads—clarity, strategy, and an undeniable vision:
"You’re supposed to empower and unite Black women globally."
Today, that vision is alive and thriving.The Amazing Woman Network is a global sisterhood and empowerment ecosystem created by Black women, for Black women, grounded in healing, elevation, legacy, and action.
Our Mission: Own, Honor, and Execute Your Amazing
At AWN, we believe that every Black woman was born brilliant. She doesn’t need to find her worth—it was already established at birth. Our mission is to help her own it, honor it, and execute it, individually and collectively.
We don't define what “amazing” looks like for any woman—it’s unique to her journey, her dreams, and her divine assignment. Our role is to create the space, tools, and sisterhood for her to rise.
AWN is rooted in three transformational pillars:

Because a man is not a financial plan—and we are the first teachers of our children. Financial independence fuels legacy and liberation.

Born from the pillar of personal power, AWCF promotes total wellness—mind, body, and spirit. When women are healed, we heal the world.
FLAWLESS
Financially Literate Amazing Women Learning Economic Success Strategies. Women learn how to build wealth, raise financially strong families, and break cycles of dependency.
AWARE (Amazing Women Acquire Real Estate)
Because ownership matters. This branch empowers Black women to invest in land and property, leaving legacies and transforming communities.
Amazing Woman Entrepreneur (AWE)
Where business building meets sisterhood. AWE is a space for new and seasoned entrepreneurs to grow, collaborate, and receive support.
Amazing Women for Humanity (AWFH)
The branch for women in social enterprise, nonprofit, and community service—uniting to uplift and empower globally.
We Are the Amazing Woman Network
We are the women who break barriers, build wealth, and uplift the world.
