The Founder's Circle is more than an exclusive membership—it’s the governing board of the Amazing Woman Network (AWN). As a member of this elite leadership board, you will play a critical role in shaping AWN’s strategy, growth, and impact. This is a unique opportunity to influence major initiatives, empower Black women globally, and create a lasting legacy for generations to come.
Limited to 8 Leadership Positions
To ensure effectiveness and maintain exclusivity, the Founder's Circle is limited to only 8 leadership positions, with the 9th position held by the Founder and CEO.
Each Founders Circle member is selected for their commitment to financial empowerment, community impact, and, most importantly, empowering Black women to build wealth, leadership, and generational success. As a leader within AWN, you will provide strategic guidance to ensure that our programs, partnerships, and initiatives continue to uplift and transform lives.
Founder's Circle Responsibilities:

Strategic Decision-Making – Contribute to AWN’s vision, programs, and partnerships.

Mentorship & Leadership – Guide AWN members and Impact Branches to foster growth and success.

Advocacy & Representation – Champion AWN’s mission and values in the community, with partners, and in media.

Resource Development – Help identify opportunities for funding, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen AWN’s impact.
