Members of the Founders Circle receive recognition as leaders, invitations to exclusive gatherings, and opportunities to co-create initiatives that expand AWN’s mission and movement.

The Founders Circle is the governing leadership board of the Amazing Woman Network. This sacred circle of visionary women guides AWN’s strategy, growth, and global impact.
As a member of the Founders Circle, you will not only influence programs and partnerships — you will help carry the Living Pillars forward, ensuring that AWN’s legacy continues for the next ten generations. This is a unique opportunity to shape initiatives that empower Black women worldwide to own, honor, and execute their Amazing.
Nine Seats, Nine Visionaries
The Founders Circle is intentionally limited in size — nine seats held by visionary leaders. These leaders walk alongside the Founder and CEO, who serves as steward and guide of the Network. This structure ensures focus, intimacy, and effectiveness as we shape AWN’s direction together.
Each Founders Circle member is chosen for her commitment to financial empowerment, liberating social impact, and uplifting Black women to build wealth, leadership, and generational success.
Founder's Circle Responsibilities:
